Car Marty uses a 12V Center positive barrel jack connector for power. The original model number is ADV-1 and usually impossible to find. Any 12V Center positive PSU with a barrel size 2.5*5.5*10 mm or commonly listed as 5.5mm will work.

You might find even with a 12V Center Positive PSU that Car Marty refuses to turn on.

There is a fuse similar to the ones used by the Panasonic Laseractive or Laserdisc players that are black and discrete looking.
