RF modulator
"or" means switchable, except on the SCPH-10072 which only supports a single standard depending on the specific unit.
Early production
For consoles with RCA ports only. Apparently based on the Sony RFU-90* modulator for Handycams.

For PS1 only (reduced performance on PS2/PS3 since terminating capacitors, present in these cables, got integrated in the console: only SCART replacement released as SCPH-10142). Backwards compatible with composite.

Component YPbPr
While the PS1 does not output component YPbPr, there are cables that adapt the RGB signals to YPbPr.
HDMI
While the PS1 does not output HDMI, the RAD2X cables will adapt the signal to HDMI and also upscale the image.
AV Multi In (Game)
Cable with PlayStation connector on both sides, for use with compatible Sony TVs (Japan only?) including the official PS1 TV - the CRT:KV-21SP1.
For any console, including PS2/PS3 (uses AV Multi Out), whose YPbPr mode is also supported.
