Xbox:Modchips

Modchips are small circuit boards that can either be soldered, or in some cases clipped, on to a Xbox motherboard to circumvent the onboard BIOS and run a custom BIOS. While there are many choices of modchip, the latest revisions of modchips are listed here.

This is a list of known modchips. There were a large amount of types and models, and tons more homebrewed ones. This list is being kept for identification purposes, the recommended modchips to use are the Xecuter and Aladdin chips listed above.
