The Cityboy V5 (model number 5V5) is a 5" CRT manufactured and sold by Toshiba during the early 1980s in Japan. It features a built-in antenna as well as UHF and VHF connections, AV input, AV output, and can be powered by either 100V AC or an external 12V DC power supply.
