NTSC Color fix for PAL PS1 consoles. When trying to run NTSC games on a PAL PS1 on a CRT the games will look very pink and red. This mod will force the console to run in PAL mode all the time. This mod DOES NOT change the 50/60hz mode of the console, it only fixes the colors.
