This page may potentially need to be renamed to an all encompassing "Incompatibilities with games running off the hard drive"
I've started this list here of a few of them that I've found from posts on other sites. If anyone finds another example and can confirm it (either first hand or with other evidence) please add it to this list. I'm going to personally verify this initial list soon, and any of them that say are unverified mean that I have not done so yet. If you have personally verified the issue, then feel free to remove the "unverified".
