(More things! XB1Emu doesn't exist anymore so it was removed. As far as I could tell it wasn't an emulator in of itself, it was a repository for emulators. I found links from https://xboxdevstore.github.io/ and a few from https://www.mediafire.com/folder/k)
(WinPSPe was just an an outdated version of PPSSPP so I thought it was redundant. I also added a download link for WinPSe for curious folks. BIOS dumping guides for PS1/PS2 and DC are mentioned (They should probably be added to the site))

Below is a list of apps and emulators for the Xbox One and Xbox Series S|X that are installable in developer mode (and some in retail mode). Many more UWP apps will work, but these ones are specifically optimized to the Xbox One.

Kodi A port of the popular Kodi media player.
UWP Streamer Receives video stream from NTR CFW (for 3DS).
WinIRC C# IRC client that has a UWP version.
XboxMediaUSB Windows tool that automatically adds missing permissions to USB drives for Xbox consoles.
Safe Exit Exits Dev Mode without the prompt to delete all installed apps while keeping all Dev Mode apps installed.
Moonlight Stream PC games to an Xbox in combination with Sunshine
