The ColecoVision is a console from the second generation of video game consoles. The console was launched in August 1982 in North America followed by a launch in Europe in July 1983. The ColecoVision was known for its impressive graphics and sound capabilities relative to its competitors and offered arcade-like experiences in the comfort of players' homes.
