Transfer files with FTP

Open Vita shell

Press 

Press  twice to  button option

Make sure the option is set to FTP, if it isnt Press  

Press  or  to back out to the main menu

press  to enable the FTP

on your choice of Ftp Browser (filezilla is reccomended) enter the provided ip:port 

and now you have an ftp connection to your PS vita
