If an Xbox One has received elevated privileges in Developer Mode, it is possible to easily transfer files to and from the internal HDD using an SFTP client.
- Make sure you have a network connection (Ethernet or WiFi) between your Xbox and PC.
- On the console's Developer Home screen, take note of the IP address.
- Install an SFTP client like WinSCP.
- Open WinSCP and select the option for "SFTP" in the "File Protocol" box. Enter your Xbox's IP address into the "Host name" field, set
admin
as the username and password, leave the port number as 22, and click the "Login" button.- If the console has had an admin account created, the default password will be
