Below is a list of apps and emulators for the Xbox One and Xbox Series S|X that are installable in developer mode. Many more UWP apps will work, but these ones are specifically optimized to the Xbox One and Xbox Series platforms.

List of Utilities

Boxify Spotify streaming app; allows background music streaming.
Durango FTP FTP server to upload/download files from Xbox One.
Kodi A port of the popular Kodi media player.
UWP Streamer Receives video stream from NTR CFW (for 3DS).
WinIRC C# IRC client that has a UWP version.
XboxMediaUSB Windows tool that automatically adds missing permissions to USB drives for Xbox consoles.
