Binmerge (source) is an open-source program to merge multiple bin/cue tracks into one bin/cue pair. The linked download is a repackaging of binmerge by /u/DisastrousFill to simplify execution of it.
Usage
Extract the contents of Binmerge-1.01-easy-mode.zip to the folder that contains the bin/cue files you wish to merge.
- Double click
!Multi BINs to Single BIN (merged).batif you wish to combine the bin/cue files into a single bin/cue. - Double click
!Single BIN to Multi BINs (split).batif you wish to split a single bin/cue file into multiple bin/cue files.
