The SCART Cleaner (SCART2DVI) is an open-source (CERN OHLv2) device that routes analog signals to the analog pins on the DVI connector with an optional low pass filter (LPF). It is designed specifically for 15KHz (240p & 480i) retro gaming signals to be used on a Datapath Vision capture card, but can alternatively add flexibility to your setup.
The gerbers, as well as the Eagle design files can be downloaded here, but it can be found for sale at various online stores.
Introduction
This device is powered by USB and passes through audio and has toggle switches for both the LPF and sync stripper. It's recommended to start with both switches off and toggle on the features as needed. In most cases you'd need the sync stripper on. If you're not sure if your console already has a LPF (such as something modded with a THS7314) then try toggling to see if it removes noise.

Troubleshooting
If audio is too quiet for you, replace the components in R7 & R8 with 0 Ohm resistors ([https://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/CRCW06030000Z0EAHP/541-0.0SBCT-ND/2222749/ link)
