If you have DLC from a different region of the same game, you can extract the files from the foreign DLC package and insert them manually into the local version's files. For example, you can use the PAL version of a DLC package with the NTSC version of the base game.
Changing DLC Region
- Download the .RAP file for region that your game is in, and place it in on a USB device in a folder called "exdata". RAP files can be downloaded from PSNDL.net.
- Run ReActPSN.
- Update your game to the newest version. This can be done through Multiman.
- Install your foreign DLC PKG
- Open an PS3:Transferring Files with FTP session with your local game's directory in one window (e.g.
/devhdd0/game/BLUS#####
) and the foreign version's directory on the other (e.g./dev_hdd0/game/BLES#####
). - Move everything from the foreign directory's USRDIR folder to the local game's directory (e.g.
/dev_hdd0/game/BLES#####/USRDIR
to/dev_hdd0/game/BLUS#####/USRDIR
) - If there is a folder called DLC inside the foreign version's folder, move that to the local version's as well. Do not move the PARAM.SFO.
