The Cheapmod Mini is a low-cost chip released in 2023 by SylverReZ. It is a clone of the vast majority of cheapmod-based modchips for the Original Xbox, with support up to the V1.2 models; it is possible, however, to support the later V1.6 models by re-building the LPC.

- Support for Xbox 1.0 through 1.2 by default, can support 1.6/B with some modifications.
- Female pin-header mounted on PCB
- Can be flashed with new BIOS

- Compatible with Cerbios or other 256kb BIOS's
