Odyssey:Scene Credits

This page serves as a place to give recognition to those who contributed towards the history of the Magnavox Odyssey and its current scene, and to show appreciation for their work. Please message TheRealOC to correct any mistakes and to include any other individuals deserving of credit.

Ralph Baer - For pioneering the field interactive video games, and inventing the Magnavox Odyssey, the world’s first home video game system.

Zachary Horton - For directing OdysseyNow, a “multi-year, multidisciplinary project to study, play, document, and expand the Odyssey gaming platform“, based at the University of Pittsburgh.

Booyakascha (Ben Spenger) - For his contributions to making the Odyssey more accessible to modern users, creating the Odyssey multicard, composite video modification board, and pistol light gun.

David Winter - For curating the great pong focused website, pong-story.com
