Transfer files with FTP

Open Vita shell

Press Start

Press Dpad Down twice to Select button option

Make sure the option is set to FTP, if it isnt Press Cross 

Press Circle or Start to back out to the main menu

press Select to enable the FTP

on your choice of Ftp Browser (filezilla is reccomended) enter the provided ip:port 

and now you have an ftp connection to your PS vita
