Apollo Save Tool is an application to manage save-game files, trophies, and licenses on the PlayStation 3.
The apollo-ps3 homebrew app allows to download, unlock, patch and resign save-game files directly on your PS3. It can also unlock and resign trophies, backup/restore licenses, and create PS2 Classic images.
Save file modifications
Re-signing
Save files created on a different account or different PS3 may not work when transferred.
- Transfer the new save to the console
- HDD Saves
- Select the Game and the save
- Select Remove ID/Offline and Fake Owner/Rebug
- Go back to the top of the menu and apply
- Exit and launch the game
Offline activation
Apollo Save Tool, like ReActPSN, allows activating the console offline, without a PSN account.
- Start Apollo Save Tool from the XMB
- Select the User Backup menu option
- Select Activate PS3 Account
- Reboot
Encrypting PS2 ISOs
Apollo Save Tool can be used to encrypt PS2 .iso games into .bin.enc format to be played with PS2 Classics Placeholder on HEN and older CFW firmwares
- Start Apollo Save Tool from the XMB
- Select the User Backup menu option
- Select PS2 Classics: Import & Encrypt ISOs
- Select the Iso to be encrypted
