AV:SCART Cleaner (SCART2DVI)
The SCART Cleaner is an open-source (CERN OHLv2) device that routes analog signals to the analog pins on the DVI connector and has an optional low pass filter (LPF). It is designed for 15KHz (240p & 480i) retro gaming signals and will allow more flexibility to your setup, particularly if you need DVI for a capture card.

Introduction
This device is powered by USB and passes through audio and has toggle switches for both the LPF and sync stripper. It's recommended to start with both switches off and toggle on the features as needed. In most cases you'd need the sync stripper on. If you're not sure if your console already has a LPF (such as something modded with a THS7314) then try toggling to see if it removes noise.

Troubleshooting
