RGB Cable Components

All RGB cables that use CSYNC should have a 470 ohm resistor and a 10uF–220uF 10v minimum capacitor with the positive leg facing the console on the sync line (pin 7). 10uF is all that's needed, but it's very common for people to use 220uF, since many people already have them. Either way, the voltage rating shouldn't be below 10V.

French Version

The French Master System 2 offers a real RGB out and was shipped with a SCART cable. Unlike other French consoles that offered RGB converted from composite, RGB on the Master System 2 is native RGB.
