Generation 1

The PassMe was an adapter for the original DS/DS Lite models. It involves attaching a retail DS cartridge to bypass the cart security (hence the name 'pass-through'). The PassMe can then boot from a GBA flashcard into DS-mode for loading DS games and homebrew. This was, if not, one of the earliest methods of booting unsigned code on the DS. Homebrew and game compatibility is very limited, and therefore requires DLDI patching for your specific cart.
