Steps to Dumping a 3DS Cartridge

  1. Insert the 3DS Cartridge into your 3DS
  2. Hold (Start) and power on your 3DS
  3. GodMode9 will launch
  4. Navigate to [C:]
  5. Choose the TitleID.trim.3ds
  6. Copy to 0:/gm9/out
  7. Turn off the 3DS
  8. Remove the SD Card and insert it into a PC
  9. Navigate to /gm9/out on the SD Card
  10. Copy or Move the TitleID.trim.3ds to somewhere on your PC
  11. Now you have a backup you can play on a 3DS Emulator on your PC

Steps to Dumping a DS Cartridge

  1. Insert the DS Cartridge into your 3DS
  2. Hold (Start) and power on your 3DS
  3. GodMode9 will launch
  4. Navigate to [C:]
  5. Choose the TitleID.nds
  6. Copy to 0:/gm9/out
  7. Turn off the 3DS
  8. Remove the SD Card and insert it into a PC
  9. Navigate to /gm9/out on the SD Card
  10. Copy or Move the TitleID.nds to somewhere on your PC
  11. Now you have a backup you can play on a DS Emulator on your PC
