Same condition as the above. However this is more common with bad joints on CPU. Reflow all the solder joints and make sure nothing is bridging.

Few things cause this condition:

  • ASIC have bad solder joints
  • CPU has bad solder joints
  • bad CPU upgrade mod / 486 CPU swap doesn't work inside Marty


Reflow each individual ASIC first (this is much more common condition). This should revive Marty.
