All Neo Geo home systems output RGB without any modification. MVS motherboards can be "consolized" for home use and use the same cables — provided you installed the same connector for video. Both the Neo Geo AES and Neo Geo CD use similar RGB cables, with the only difference being the audio connections. Unfortunately, the multi-out on the back of the Neo Geo AES systems only provides mono audio, so it's recommended that you get an RGB cable that pulls audio from the separate outputs.
