Below is a list of apps and emulators for the Xbox One and Xbox Series S|X that are installable in developer mode (and some in retail mode). Many more UWP apps will work, but these ones are specifically optimized to the Xbox One.

UWP Streamer Receives video stream from NTR CFW (for 3DS).
WinIRC C# IRC client that has a UWP version.
XboxMediaUSB Windows tool that automatically adds missing permissions to USB drives for Xbox consoles.
Safe Exit Exits Dev Mode without the prompt to delete all installed apps while keeping all Dev Mode apps installed.
