(WinPSPe was just an an outdated version of PPSSPP so I thought it was redundant. I also added a download link for WinPSe for curious folks. BIOS dumping guides for PS1/PS2 and DC are mentioned (They should probably be added to the site))

Below is a list of apps and emulators for the Xbox One and Xbox Series S|X that are installable in developer mode. Many more UWP apps will work, but these ones are specifically optimized to the Xbox One and Xbox Series platforms.

Durango FTP FTP server to upload/download files from Xbox One.
Kodi A port of the popular Kodi media player.
UWP Streamer Receives video stream from NTR CFW (for 3DS).
WinIRC C# IRC client that has a UWP version.
XboxMediaUSB Windows tool that automatically adds missing permissions to USB drives for Xbox consoles.
Safe Exit Exits Dev Mode without the prompt to delete all installed apps while keeping all Dev Mode apps installed.

Later software updates to the console made the normal Dev Mode exit button have deletion of all apps unticked by default, making this app not necessary anymore.
