Sega CDX

The Triple Bypass Board is also compatible with the Sega CDX. Installation is the same as the regular triple bypass instructions but with different points on the board.

  1. Remove these two resistors:
    CDX3BP Audio-Remove.jpg
  2. Remove the components marked in red and optionally the ones marked in purple:

  3. Solder wires from the RGB and ground points to the triple bypass board.

  4. Solder wires from the audio points to the triple bypass board.

  • Alternate points? Does this need to be done regardless?
    • Remove the components marked in red. If components are already missing, cut any trace between the two pads:
