Original Xbox games need to be "mulleted" with XDVDMulleter & patches before being burned into a DVD+DL.
Burning in Redump style won't work because iXtreme only expects "mulleted" discs.
You need to follow this tutorial.
All of the checkboxes must be ticked, including iXtreme Compatible, like this.
