This a work in progress homebrew application to replace the YouTube Client for N3DSXL or N2DSXL only.

# Power on your 3DS and launch Universal Updater.
*Install "ThirdTube.cia" manually using [https://github.com/nh-server/FBI-NH FBI] or by using [[3DS:Universal Updater|Universal Updater]].
# Click on the Magnifying glass.
* Go back to the HOME Menu, then unwrap the present icon.
# Click on the blank rectangle.
* Open the ThirdTube application.
# Type in ThirdTube.
# Check mark the `Title` on the bottom screen.
# It will show up on the top screen.
# Click the '''A''' button.
# Choose ThirdTube.cia.
# Confirm the choice.
# The wheel in the middle of the bottom screen will start spinning. It will show a success message when it is finished.
# Go back to the Home Screen.
# Open the present and enjoy the application

** Launch the Application and Enjoy YouTube on the 3DS.

Requirements

Installing ThirdTube

  • Install "ThirdTube.cia" manually using FBI or by using Universal Updater.
  • Go back to the HOME Menu, then unwrap the present icon.
  • Open the ThirdTube application.

Possible Errors

  • Not having dumped DSP
    • Open up Rosalina Menu.
      • Default is L + Down on D-pad + Select.
    • Scroll down to "Miscellaneous options ...".
    • Press the A button.
    • Scroll down to "Dump DSP firmware".
    • Press the A button.
    • Press B twice to exit out of the Rosalina Menu.
    • Open the ThirdTube application.
