It is recommended to download them straight from the source, but this page serves as a backup in case the developer’s site go down. If any links are broken, send a message to the moderators and it’ll be fixed ASAP. You can check the MD5 hash to verify that the file you download is unmodified and an exact copy.

Rogero 9.99 Downgrader - 3.55 CFW with PUP spoofed to 9.99. Recommended to install Rogero v3.7 immediately after. This will allow you to install a 3.XX firmware over it. If this doesn’t work, try the Rebug downgrader. Do not install on consoles that report 3.56 on MinVerChk.
