Like the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4, the Vita has a safe mode which contains a host of options to reset and fix issues.
How to Enter
- Press and hold down the power button for 10 seconds to turn off the system (if it is currently on)
- Press and hold + + HOME (PlayStation Button)
- After a few seconds, the system will now be in Safe Mode
