The EverDrive-GG is a flash cart by Krikzz that can play Game Gear, Master System, and SG-1000 games on the Game Gear. It can be purchased as a bare board from EverDrive.me, which can then be placed into a donor cartridge shell or a 3D printed one (it is compatible despite being labelled for the X7). Note that color palettes may be incorrect for SG-1000 games unless you use palette hacks.
The latest firmware can be found on Krikzz' site (mirror).

Firmware Update
- Download and extract the latest firmware update (File:Os-v9.zip) and copy the .mso file to the root of your SD card.
- Insert the SD card into your Game Gear and turn it on. Once you reach the main menu, highlight the update file and press the 1 button and choose "Update OS".
Usage
- Format an SD card of any size up to 32GB as FAT32.
- Place your game ROM files anywhere on the SD card. Folders are supported.
- Insert the SD card into your Game Gear and turn it on. Once you reach the main menu, you can navigate with the controls below:
- 1: Select item.
- 2: Go back. Opens main menu settings if at the root folder.
Note that it is normal for the EverDrive-GG to take a minute to write the game to memory. If you want to continue playing the last played game, you can simply press the 2 button and choose "Start Game" to instantly start it without having to do the flashing process again.
