Add Save File Converter to the front page?

Hey, I was wondering if it made sense to link to the github for Save File Converter: https://github.com/euan-forrester/save-file-converter under "Other Guides" on the main page? It seems in line with the links to the Open Source Cartridge Reader and BlueRetro githubs.

It's an open source online tool that converts legacy save file formats like DexDrive, GameShark, or Wii Virtual Console to more modern formats that can be written to original hardware or used in modern emulators. The github contains documentation on and implementation of all of the supported formats, and the readme has lots of links to further information.

Hey there! Can we get a new category on the main page for AV equipment? I'm ready to contribute a bunch of stuff for laserdisc players, and I'm sure there are other things out there for AVRs, VHS, VHD, etc... Once we have a good section for that, I will start documenting all the stuff I have for laserdisc mods! :)
