Exclamation-triangle-fill.svgReplacing capacitors is an involved process that requires basic soldering skills and supplies. Some consoles in the GameBoy family use SMD capacitors which are smaller and require special techniques to replace. Improper technique can result in irreversible damage to critical components or the PCB itself.
