The Nintendo 3DS is a handheld console from the eighth generation of video game consoles. The console was launched in Japan on February 26th, 2011 followed by Europe (March 25th, 2011) and North America (March 27th, 2011). The 3DS features 3D cameras and a screen that displays stereoscopic 3D images without the need for glasses.
